What types of organizations do you work with?
I work primarily with mid-to-large enterprises (500+ employees), Fortune 500 companies, national financial institutions, and government agencies. Past clients include Comerica Bank, Capital One, General Re (Berkshire Hathaway), Coty Inc., and multiple state government agencies.
How long does a typical SharePoint migration take?
Timeline depends on data volume and complexity. A 10TB migration typically takes 4-8 weeks. The 200TB Comerica Bank migration ran over 6 months with a phased approach. I always provide a detailed timeline and milestone schedule upfront.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Most technical work is performed remotely with secure access. I can travel on-site for kickoff meetings, stakeholder workshops, and go-live support. I’m based in New Jersey and regularly serve clients across the US.
What are your rates?
I offer flexible engagement models: $150/hr for project work, fixed-price proposals for defined scope projects, and monthly retainers starting at $4,000/month (20 hrs). Assessment packages start at $2,500. Contact me for a custom quote based on your needs.
Are you able to work with government clients?
Yes. I am GCC (Government Community Cloud) certified and have delivered Microsoft 365 projects for Washington County, Oregon and the State of North Carolina Office of State Human Resources. I understand CJIS, FedRAMP, and state compliance requirements.
Do you offer post-project support?
Yes. I offer 30 days of post-go-live support included in all project engagements. For ongoing needs, monthly retainer packages are available with dedicated support hours, governance reviews, and advisory services.
What is your availability?
